Questions about paying.

Is anything on my server locked?

No. Only cloud-connected services need a subscription. Your local photos and every self-hosted feature are never gated.

What if I use more than 1 TB of backup?

On the web plan, another terabyte is added automatically at $9.99 a month, billed from your peak usage, and backups never go read-only for size. App Store and Google Play plans are fixed tiers: we'll ask before moving you up one.

Does buddy backup cost extra?

No. It's included with Frameleaf Cloud, and storage on your buddy's disk has no charge. Relayed transfers use your normal relay allowance.

How does AI credit work?

Top up a prepaid balance from $20. Each cloud GPU job shows a likely-to-most estimate, a hold covers it while it runs, and you pay only for the seconds it used. If Frameleaf or the GPU provider fails, you're not charged.

What do supporter licences do?

A one-time server licence ($100) or individual licence ($25) supports the project, shows a badge, and takes 20% off Frameleaf Cloud plans. It unlocks nothing on your server and doesn't apply to AI credit or GPU time.

What happens if I cancel?

Your server keeps working exactly as before. The plan runs to the end of the paid period, new cloud backups stop, and your backups stay restorable for 30 days.

What is Cloud Pro?

A plan for photographers at $29.99 a month. It publishes your studio website and client galleries from your server on your own domain, and replaces the standard plan for that server. Supporter discounts don't apply to it.

Can the whole family share one plan?

Yes. One plan covers one server and everyone on it, and a server's owner adds Frameleaf Cloud for all of them.

Where do I pay?

On frameleaf.cloud with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or inside the iPhone and Android apps through the App Store and Google Play.
